Aradhana Fibreglass possesses technical knowledge and has repute in the market for designing and development of FRP doors as per the design criteria of the users. The FRP doors we manufacture have the thickness of 28 mm with a frame size of 95 mm X 55 mm. The length & width of the doors is according to the requirements of the specific customers.

We manufacture the FRP tanks used for water storage, electroplating, powder coating, chemical’s storage and vessels for chemical reaction. The behavior and the properties of the tanks depend on the grade resins used for fabrication purpose. Our high-grade resins withstand strong woods and high temperature. Reinforcement will be designed according to the size and shape of tanks. We also manufacture PVC/PP tanks re-enforced with FRP lining. The thickness and shape are developed as per the requirement.

 

We manufacture and develop fiberglass-packing Units, which are exclusively made with powder bond resign. The packing unit resin comes with high resistance material. We undertake customised design boxes for the packing purposes. The Fibre packing boxes will help for the easy and secured transportation of the equipments, industrial products and sophisticated devices. The containers are well designed taken into considerations of the user requirements and the specifications of the material that need to be transported. The boxes or the containers are moulded with high precision molding equipments. The technical expertise on the manufacturing floor helps us to project product line of international quality.

 

FRP lining is treated as a significant application in the fibre glass industry because of the vivid application, like leak proofing of roof tops, tank lining in chemical industries, reinforcement/manufacturing of PVC-PP chemical tanks, anti corrosion treatment of metal tanks etc. Using our special grade resins could attain various properties. The high-grade resins that we develop can withstand the impacts of strong acids and high temperature. The same is used in the chemical industries as protective layers for chemical storage.
